The quality of SMUU® gelato is based on a few simple “ingredients”

The selection and monitoring of our suppliers also represent an incessant commitment to guarantee our promise of quality
…the artisanal production process uses modern technologies and rigorous processes to constantly ensure safety and quality standards. Furthermore, it is managed by a master gelato maker who follows all the processing phases, respecting the Italian gelato tradition. A process, therefore, in which machinery and automation do not replace the value of those who make our recipes and expertise the true secret of the uniqueness of SMUU gelato

THE SMUU RANGE
Four flavours + one (we’re just at the begining!), three packaging… and a single gelato concept! Creamy and velvety, rich in taste, and enriched with grains and pieces of fruit for an irresistible crunchy effect.
Flavours

A perfect combination between yogurt and buffalo milk, enriched by a delicious mango variegation with pieces of fruit that release all the freshness and aromas of tropical countries.

The finest taste, born from the meeting of two absolute Italian excellences, fresh buffalo milk from Campania and Sicilian pistachio. In this gelato there is all the sunshine of the Mediterranean Sea, with the addition of chopped pistachios* for an irresistible crunchy effect.

A classic of Italian gelato, the evergreen par excellence, in which the unique character of the fiordilatte made with italian buffalo milk from Campania goes perfectly with the delicious acidulous note of the black cherry and its syrup.

A tribute to the Anglo-Saxon dessert par excellence, revisited in a gelato version while maintaining its typical softness and creaminess. The variegation of berries and the crispy effect of the biscuit crumbs* are the delicious completion of this gelato (*no in the tubs version).

Dedicated to food service, it allows creating with one pure neutral base several flavor just adding topping, grains or other different inclusions. It’s perfect as ingredient too for chefs who want to experiment in their recipes, accompanying savory entrée or main course dishes with gelato, to create refined dishes in a complex game of balances of flavors and nuances. Available only in tubs.
Packaging

SMUU® Cups
The SMUU® cups are the image of our gelato: cheerful, nice, simple. Intended for those who want to leave the task of telling the origin of the product and the unique flavor that comes from buffalo milk to the packaging. Perfect for retail.

Transparent Cups
The transparent cups are intended, first of all, for catering and food service companies that need unbranded, essential and elegant pack to set up fastly buffets; or for regular restaurants, pubs, “truck” and pizzerie that want to serve the gelato simply. The transparency of these neutral cups shows the artisanal of the gelato, allows to guess the flavor and eating it first of all with the eyes.

Tubs
The tubs are for restaurants that want to serve the gelato in their own cups, “building” different, customized and personal offers, also by adding topping, grains and so on. In this format, it will be available also the Pure Fiordilatte flavour that can be customized as it wants and match. The tub’s dimensions are ideal for storaging in the freezer and have a perfect value for money.
